Chemron’s U-Beaut and Algae Died B are fantastic products and the result after use on the painted concrete paths around my home and garden is awesome.I had been using a competitor product which was effective but expensive and I found myself having to use it quite frequently to maintain the effect.My brother-in-law gave me some of the U-Beaut and Algae Died B to try. I was so happy with the result, I bought more to finish the job.Our backyard is always quite damp, with heavy soils and the concrete paths had significant black and green discolouration from algal/mould growth. I used the Algae Died B first to kill off the growth. The next day, I used the U-Beaut and a broom to clean the path - I didn't need to use a pressure sprayer - and the result was amazing. The paths look like new again.The best part is that after almost a year, the paths are still looking great. I couldn’t be happier!

We have a long sandstone path and stairway and within days of us pressure washing our pavers, we would always start to see the green tinge of algae and moss reappearing. Aside from the constant cleaning being exhausting the water pressure jets were starting to eat away at our sandstone. A friend suggested that we spray the pavers with Chemron's Algae Died B before and after the pressure washing to kill all the mould and algae. The previous 'green tinge' has not reappeared and months on is looking wonderful. Great product, highly recommended.

Had great results with the Zip Strip paint stripper from Chemron. I tried using a commercially available paint stripper from the local hardware store first, but it wasn’t getting the job done, so I looked for something better. Zip strip removed stubborn hard to remove paint quickly and effectively. Thanks

CHEMRON EFFLORESCENCE REMOVING SOLUTION: Great result removing 20 years of efflorescence off ceramic tiles. Clear instructions to follow gave results beyond expectations. Together with company’s TILE CLEAN the whole area came up looking great.

We have used clean n guard and silacoat for years and pleased to see we can now order these direct through the internet.1.Clean N GuardWe have used this on our windows for over 10 years. Inside of car windows , inside house windows , laptop and mobile screens , glasses , kitchen splash backs and mirrors. The front of my oven and fridge comes up sparkling and smooth with only a small amount on microfibre cloth. My husband uses it also on the chrome work of our landcruiser and clean n guard gives the chrome a fresh clean and new look. The TV screen also gets a wipe over after the grandkids have been as it is within their touch. My two pack kitchen cupboards get a wipe over occasionally. The washing machine has always had a wipe over and the mechanic was here recently and noticed the clean smooth touch of the machine and asked what product I used. The machine is nearing 10 years old and still looks like new. The Kedron Caravan windows which are perspex also get a wipe over plus the fridge stove and all the laminated bench tops and cupboards The spray can is a little more expensive then some cleaning products but does a really good job and only requires a small amount. We are very pleased with CLEAN N GUARD.2. SilacoatThis is mainly used on the Landcruiser. All the hard plastics under the bonnet on the engine bay plus the hard plastic areas like the mud flaps and tyres. Yes the car is kept in top condition. All thanks to the SILICOAT. We have also used silicoat on the circular sawblades and tools over the years. The siilcoat these days is mainly used to detail the car and caravan and tools have been left in the shed as much as possible. What a great product. I was looking for a solvent that would remove silicon. Silicon is terrible stuff to remove and is (at best) a miserable job. However, I discovered Cyndan, and now I am singing "My Silicon Blues Washed Away".More importantly, I discovered the solution to just about all of my cleaning, sealing or special chemical problems.If you have a problem that requires a chemical solution, then Cyndan would be your best choice. Outstanding products, knowledgeable and helpful staff with almost immediately available stock.By the end of this year (2019) I will have purchased at least 4 different products from Cyndan, and, in every instance, I have been very pleased with the outcomes.

Masonry Sealer. very happy with final result applied 3 coats, this was enough to leave a visible sheen on the floor, spills are easily cleaned up.Would highly recommend this product.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Cyndan Chemicals products: ALGAE-DIED 'B' and SHIELD-I.T.They have made my concrete paver balconies look amazing again!"FIVE STARS"😃Here's my story! (If you have 3 spare minutes!)...The concrete pavers on my balconies needed a desperate clean and reseal after many years of neglect, so I was looking for products that were readily available from the local hardware stores.I had a high pressure cleaner, so I was just after a good quality sealer, hoping the job would last for several years at least.I then received some great advice from a friend, and he recommended some Cyndan Chemicals' products, namely ALGAE-DIED 'B', SHIELD-I.T. and U-BEAUT degreaser.He advised me that the U-BEAUT degreaser would be especially helpful in dissolving the years of grime build up, to make the cleaning easier; the ALGAE-DIED 'B' would be perfect to apply before sealing to remove and kill any residual spores and as a preventative to stop regrowth of the algae and mould; and the SHIELD-I.T. would penetrate deep into the pavers to make them "liquid/stain-proof" for a long time.Between the heatwave conditions and the rainy days in Sydney, in January 2019, I was constrained with when I was able to clean and seal the pavers on the balcony, so I went ahead and pressure cleaned the pavers at the first chance I had, before I got any of the recommended chemicals.The cleaning alone ended up taking a lot longer than anticipated - many hours (days, actually!) of hard work to remove the embedded dirt, mould and algae.Unfortunately, I didn't use the degreaser as I had already cleaned the pavers by the time I got the products...In hindsight, I wish I had, because, if it worked anything like the other 2 products worked, then my initial cleaning job would have been SO MUCH easier and quicker!Anyway, I had just cleaned the pavers, and they came up beautifully...However, within a couple of days (as we had some wet weather and needed to let the pavers dry out to treat with ALGAE-DIED 'B', and before sealing them), the green spots of growing algae began to appear all over my hard-earned (and now lost!) work!I couldn't believe how quickly the algae returned, so as soon as the weather cleared again, I quickly re-cleaned the pavers, and applied ALGAE-DIED 'B' the next day with an old paint roller.Easy.Needless to say... I have NO MORE RE-GROWTH OF ALGAE!! The pavers still look like they are 'just cleaned'!I then applied the SHIELD I.T. with a sprayer (one of those pump-up type from the hardware store) to the dry pavers. The pavers were so porous, that they soaked up the treatment quickly, even after a couple of applications.Within a couple of hours, the pavers looked and felt 'normal' again.It wasn't until our 8-month old puppy had a 'little accident' on the balcony, that we could see just how effective SHIELD I.T. really is!Her little puddle just seemed to 'float' on the previously VERY porous pavers! ANY liquid just 'beads' on top, so it can easily be wiped or washed off, without leaving any stain.Amazing!It's been a couple of weeks now since completing the treatment of the pavers, we've had some rain (and more puppy accidents!), and the balcony pavers are looking fantastic - no algae, no mould, no dirt, no stains!Thank you Cyndan Chemicals!Ross MacdonaldHere are some before and after photos, and the effect of the sealer. :o)
