Replacement or return

Please note that we generally accept returns of chemical products only within 14 days of purchase. Returns of equipment may, on occasion, be accepted up to 12 months after purchase. Please provide evidence of purchase. The best evidence is a tax invoice; however, an invoice number or credit card statement may be sufficient. Before returning goods to us, please complete this form. Please upload photographs with the form if you feel that the goods do not meet specification. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation, which must be included with the returned goods.
