Our chemical reseller and retailer network is essential to us, and as freight costs continue to rise, so does the importance of this group. But it isn’t only about saving freight costs for our customers; it’s also about ensuring chemical product range is readily available in a region and that local expertise is at hand.
We recognise that our product range covers many industries. So we understand that it is doubtful that any retailer or reseller will stock all our chemical products and associated items. In fact, we would prefer to deal with those retailers and resellers that service a particular market segment; examples may include mining, agriculture, food manufacturing, construction, cleaning and property services, etc.
Regardless of a retailer and reseller’s area of specialisation, we would be happy to hear from them. It could be that there are only a handful of our chemical products that are relevant to a particular vertical market, and this is fine. We want the retailer or reseller to understand these products, how they work, and what they can do for their customers.
