Stainless Steel Sentry is an advanced formula for the protection of stainless steel from tea staining, corrosion, and other contaminants. It is available as a liquid and also as an aerosol.
This stainless steel protectant once applied to new or reconditioned stainless steel provides a thin, yet durable protective coat of advanced silicones.
Although Stainless Steel Sentry is not a polish it does leave a lightly polished finish that enhances the uniformity and appearance of treated surfaces. It is a long-lasting protective film that can shield stainless steel for several months.
Pre-cleaning Stainless Steel This product is best used on freshly cleaned surfaces. We recommend Stainless Steel Rejuvenating Paste for smaller areas or areas adjacent to delicate surfaces. Or, for larger external fixtures and equipment use Stainless Steel Cleaner.

There’s been a steady increase in the demand for stainless steel products in the past few years, and particularly in the coastal environments one of the key issues to be addressed is the matter of maintenance, including the elimination of corrosion (i.e. Tea staining) on all grades of stainless whether its use is in marine, architectural, internal, or external environments. Once the cleaner is neutralised the next step is to apply Stainless Steel Sentry – a protective coating that keeps stainless looking great for months, even in harsh coastal environments. It also helps to prevent future soiling by the creation of a water-repellant film which reduces the corrosive build-up of salts, etc. As a company, we have found Chemron’s products and processes to be time effective, manageable and safe to use, while providing longevity to the appearance and structure of stainless steel.
