We all know that insects are a crucial part of our environment. Although Insectaguard is a highly effective insect deterrent, its low toxicity formula won’t accumulate in the environment and won’t have any residual activity in warm-blooded animals and humans.
An important note about insect immunity
Just like bacterial can develop an immunity to antibiotics, so insects can develop an immunity to a repeatedly used treatment.
Insectaguard comes in two formulas, solvent-based and water-based. Alternating treatment between these formulations can inhibit an insects ability to develop immunity and help to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the outdoor insect repellent strategy.
