Non-PDCB Deodorant Blocks offer a long-lasting and convenient urinal maintenance system. These urinal cakes are tablets of compressed per-oxy salts with an attractive fragrance. The pleasant and lasting fragrance of these urinal cakes provides the background aroma that signals that the facilities are fresh and clean.

 

These urinal cakes slowly dissolve in the urinal, releasing an active solution of hydrogen peroxide, a well-known bleaching, deodorising and sanitising agent that chemically neutralises and removes odour-causing deposits.

 

No other chemicals are needed; to clean the urinal, simply flush to ensure round-the-clock protection. Surfaces will remain shiny and are less likely to mark. Old stains will disappear, and uric acid build-up will gradually disperse and disappear.

 

It is recommended that you periodically brush some fresh solution onto non-contact surfaces around the urinal, as these areas can also be a source of odour.

 

Non-PDCB Deodorant Blocks are based upon a formulated per-oxy salt blend with well-established chemistry that breaks down to the elements oxygen, sodium and boron. This means the product has no BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), and in fact, assists the lowering of BOD of wastewater by supplying excess dissolved oxygen.
