Singlex removes food soils, including protein, fat, oil, calcium scale, in one CIP operation. Deep soil penetration and fast rinsing.

It reduces the need for acid cleaning in all cold milk areas and allows for occasional acid cleaning in heat-exchange equipment. High levels of wetting and sequestering agents provide good free-rinsing.

Description

Singlex will reduce the need for acid cleaning in all cold milk areas and enables less frequent acid cleaning in heat-exchange equipment. The high level of wetting and sequestering agents in the formula create an excellent free-rinsing product.

Directions For use

HTST, UHT & Evaporators
  1. The concentration varies depending on the length of the production run and the hardness of the cleaning water. It is typically 1.0% to 3.0%.
  2. Circulate for about 40 minutes at 70°C to 80°C.
 
Homogenisers
  1. Can be cleaned in circuit with HTST plant, as above.
  2. When cleaning as a separate cycle a concentration of 1.0% to 2.0% is recommended.
  3. Circulate for 30 to 60 minutes at 5°C above processing temperatures.
